Daily Routine Schedule

Note: The times provided are approximate and can be adjusted based on the needs of the infants and the center’s policies.

Morning Routine:

  • 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Arrival / Free Play

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast / Diaper Changes

  • 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Outside Play / Tummy Time

  • 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Circle Time / Story Time

  • 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Music & Movement

  • 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Stimulating Activities / Centers

  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Lunch / Diaper Changes

  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Nap / Quiet Time

  • 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM: Snack / Diaper Changes

  • 2:45 PM – 3:15 PM: Outside Play / Tummy Time

  • 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM: Arts & Crafts

  • 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Diaper Changes

  • 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Story Time

  • 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Diaper Checks / Free Play / Departure
